In a bout for the ages, central Italian southpaw Brunello will be squaring off against the nose-cruncher of the north Nebbiolo, in a brawl for the top spot as reigning king of Italian wine!

šŸ„Š This Fathers Day, technically two days after, test your dads mettle with this curated blind tasting of Nebbiolo and Sangiovese, side by side, in an evening of discovery. The goal, of course, is to explore these incredible grape varietals in the glass thorugh 8 hand-picked wines covering Chianti, Barolo, Brunello, Barbaresco, Romagnolo Sangiovese, Langhe Nebbiolo and more.

Last week, a client reached out looking for a spread of beverage for a simple get-together with her neighbors. Nothing fancy, just a few couples gathering to download the week over a spread of cheese and crackers. Oh, and 2 of her 6 guests do not consume alcohol.

Inspired by this interaction, I present the following themed ā€˜beverage spreadsā€™, perfect for an unplanned gathering. ā€˜Mediterraneanā€™, ā€˜Alpine Aperitivoā€™ and ā€˜BBQā€™ are ideal for intimate groups of 4-6pp, but can be expanded to fit all sizes. All come with N/A options, producer descriptions and serving instructions.
