What can I say… I’m a loyal girly ✨

Palmano Group has always been more than a brokerage to me, it’s family. It’s my second home. These are the people who have seen me grow through so many seasons of life, and the unwavering support I’ve experienced over the past 7 years is something I don’t take lightly… because it’s rare.

Especially in this industry.

I get calls all the time about switching brokerages, and my answer is always the same, there’s no number that could pull me away from the people and culture I have here. Money comes and goes, but the right environment, the right energy, and the right people… that’s everything to me.

I had the privilege of working with this client’s family years ago, and being trusted again, this time to help her, was already so special. What made it even more meaningful is that she took the time to explore other agents and still chose to work with me.

That trust is something I never take for granted.

Sometimes I get in my head wondering if I’m doing enough.
How can I be better? How can I make people feel more cared for, more seen, more supported? Then I read reviews like these… and I’m reminded why I do what I do.
