We are very excited to have Trunk Tea spirt-free cocktails in the shop! Locally owned, operated, and manufactured, Trunk Tea utilize all-natural ingredients for the city’s best tasting mocktails. You may have seen them on the menu at Juniper or El Barrio — and now you can enjoy them in any social situation.
We’ve had several customers ask us about spirit-free products, and we’re convinced that you’re going to absolutely love these as much as we do. They’re available both as 4-packs and singles. You can even mix and match! Same goes with our Ayrloom H**p Drinks: Try one or build your own 4-pack.
We’ll be hosting a tasting event soon — more details to come! In the meantime, some notes on each of the flavors are below.
The Aviation is made with juniper, lemon, cherry, and violet. Delightfully dry, floral, and vibrant.
The Bee’s Knees is made with local honey from Eastaboga, juniper, and lemon. This is their sweetest — and most popular — cocktail and have a bright and tangy flavor profile.
The Caipirinha is the most out-of-the-box flavor-wise. They use green tea and wasabi to replicate the delicate, herbaceous flavors of Cachaça. Light, herbal, and funky — this is Jim’s favorite.
The Cosmo has a seductively dark hue thanks to a more potent form of Cranberry. Slightly more tart than a traditional Cosmo, it’s fruit forward with bright orange notes.
