We are hiring!!
If you or someone you know is interested in joining the Bluebird Team, send us your resume!

Team members will be trained and expected to-
- Greet customers, record orders, and serve food and beverages with a consistently positive and helpful attitude, including answering questions about
- Work together with the team to prepare cold and hot sandwiches to customer specifications, while following cooking instructions, safety procedures, and sanitary requirements.
- Use specific kitchen machinery such as knives, grills, slicers, etc.
- Ensure restaurant cleanliness daily
- Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally and calmly to resolve problems
- Maintain a neat and tidy appearance by wearing required uniform

Bluebird Deli & Goods is now open!

We are located on the first floor of the Wilco Building in Downtown Midland.

Monday - Friday from 7AM - 2PM

We really appreciate everyones patience!
We are currently perfecting the menu and working on some finishing touches!

Heres what you can expect!
We will be open from 7AM-2PM!
Breakfast will consist breakfast tacos, monte cristos, croffles and more! And Ofcourse, we will have a coffee menu☕️
Lunch will consist of your traditional deli sandwich’s, grinders, rueben’s, meatball subs, as well as house specialty sandwiches. Pro tip - look out for our Buffalo Chicken Grilled Cheese😉

We will also have an assortment of grab and go options and a stocked convenience store in front for your day to day needs! 🛒

We will be posting our opening date soon!! Keep your eyes peeled…😳
