Being one of the biggest names in the history of the cigar business, it’s no surprise that when Macanudo does something special, it’s REALLY special. Such is the case with Macanudo Vintage 2006. Here, we have a top-shelf Dominican offering from the name that basically made mild ci**rs popular. This guy isn’t so mild, however, as the rich filler blend consists of rich San Andres to***co from Mexico and smooth, flavorful leaves from the Dominican Republic. Paired with a Mexican San Andres binder, this blend makes for an impressive flavor profile, but the real exciting part is the wrapper: A silky smooth Connecticut shade leaf grown in 2006! That’s right, the to***co used to wrap this cigar has been patiently aging and fermenting in palm leaves for nearly 2 decades. So why was the vintage crop selected from the said year? It just so happens that 2006 was a phenomenal year for amazing to***co crops, as the weather, soil, and growing conditions were all absolutely ideal at the time. Bellas Artes Maduro by AJ Fernandez

Let us make an obvious statement: AJ Fernandez makes great ci**rs. From the top-quality to***cos he grows on his farms to the strict quality controls in his factory, the entire process is well-managed to ensure one thing: great tasting ci**rs with consistent performance. And while he built his empire making ci**rs for other brands, he has started to claim many ratings in recent years with ci**rs that bear his own name. Bellas Artes Maduro is his most recent release and is a follow up to the Havana art inspired Bellas Artes original.

Up top it applies a dark and oily Brazilian Mata Fina wrapper over a Mexican San Andres binder and a blend of aged Nicaraguan long-fillers grown on AJ’s farms in Estelí. This is crafted into a slow burning box-pressed vitola. It’s full-bodied and rich with notes of chocolate, espresso and some sweet spice. These ci**rs are fantastic if you’re looking for something with some power, and the artwork on the box and bands is just as pleasing. Grab one to smoke or put in your humidor, you won’t regret it.

Headley Grange by Crowned Heads

Crowned Heads Headley Grange is a premium, medium-to-full-bodied cigar inspired by Led Zeppelin’s "When the Levee Breaks". The goal was audacious and completely original: to make a cigar that tasted like the heavy, pounding drum beat on the lead-in to the Led Zeppelin classic.

The steady sound of John Bonham’s drums on that track are unforgettable: heavy, plodding, ominous, and thick. What may not be as widely known as that signature drum sound, is that Headley Grange is a former poorhouse built in 1795 in Headley, East Hampshire, England, UK. Headley Grange is best known as a recording venue in the 1960s and 1970s. The acoustics of the room at Headley Grange in which ‘When The Levee Breaks’ was recorded is what is credited in large part for giving Bonham’s drum lead-in on that track that unmistakable sound.

Headley Garage is crafted by Ernesto Perez-Carrillo using Ecuadorian Sumatra wrappers and Nicaraguan fillers, it features a balanced, rich profile of cedar, cream, coffee, and pepper.

The Cohiba Puro Dominicana Toro is a premium cigar featuring 100% Dominican to***cos, including a Dominican Habano wrapper, binder, and filler, handmade at Tabacalera de García. It offers a medium-to-full-bodied, complex flavor profile with notes of earth, spice, leather, and oak. The to***co in these ci**rs is aged in traditional tercios. Tercios are traditional, 19th-century-style, hand-wrapped bales of fermented cigar to***co, enclosed in Royal Palm bark to enhance aging. Amazon Basin 2026 is HERE!!

CAO Amazon Basin tastes as exotic as the tropical rainforest from which it originated. Grown in a remote region in the Amazon Rainforest, Amazon Basin uses a rare to***co called Braganca that is organically grown on unspoiled tropical land and only harvested once every three years. Once harvested, the leaves are rolled by hand into tubes called carottes. The Braganca leaf is fermented for six months then it takes six weeks to get them from the forest to the factory, a process that involves being hand carried to the river, put into canoes and rowed to the mainland. It is then masterfully blended with to***cos from five different countries giving you a smoking experience unlike any other. The flavor profile is earthy with notes of fruit, cedar, cocoa, and nuts.

Macanudo Vintage 1997

Introducing, the first maduro within the highly regarded Macanudo Vintage series. This limited production handmade employs the very best Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper leaves from a small crop cultivated in 1997 (You read that right—the wrapper to***co used for this blend is over a quarter-century old!) Hand-selected and extra-fermented to perfection, this dark and oily leaf conceals a carefully blended recipe of Nicaraguan, Brazilian, and Dominican long-fillers. This medium-bodied cigar's opening of cedar and coffee greets the palate upon lighting, soon combining with hints of white pepper, chocolate, and cream. An earthy core holds throughout, along with blasts of espresso and brown sugar all along the way. The finish is long and intense, and the cigar burns slowly to give a wonderful display of flavor.
...and yes, that really is a metal band. In addition to doubling as a luxury cigar holder, this band also serves as a quality control device for your humidor's moisture output. If the cigar is at the perfect humidity the band slides off gently. If the cigar is too dry, the metal band will fall off the cigar and if it is too wet the metal band will be stuck/difficult to get off.
