Went to 191 speedway last night for the $1000 to win show.
Went there to race and ended up in a demolition derby, with several cars getting destroyed.
Unfortunately got caught up in a wreck on last lap and ended up 4th with some damage and a badly hurt motor.
Gonna have to switch engines as this one was badly overheated

Jusy 5th race report
Headed to Thundermountain speedway saturday night.
Was fast in hotlaps and qualifying, but got slower as the night progressed
Qualified 3rd overall
Started 2nd in heat and finished 4th
Started 7th in feature and finished 6th

Race report June 20-21
Went to Lake Cumberland speedway fpr a rare Friday night show.
Qualified 4th
Got the heat win after starting 2nd, was hitting the rev chip at 7500 and decided to put bigger tires on car for feature
Tires were junk and went from 2nd to 6th in feature
Saturday night at thundermountain, qualified 9th
Finished 4th in heat
Started 7th in feature, ended up 4th

June 13-14 race report 🌧🌩
Tried to get a race in this weekend, made the long haul to Mountain Motor speedway Friday.
Qualified 2nd in time trials. Skies opened up just before our heat race.
Double features in two weeks
Saturday - every track around is canceled 😞

June 7th race recap
Thank you to Thundermountain speedway for showing mother nature who's boss this weekend. When every track within a 200 mile radius canceled, Thundermountain came up with a plan and it all worked out in the end.
Finally qualified in the top 5 - 4th
Started second geat on outside pole and won it.
Started the feature on outside pole and held off some good challenges by Jim Rowland and the 07 car and went on for the win.
Car was on a rail, hit on a good setup for heavy tracks conditions

May 24th race report
Tried a few new things this week. Some worked well, some not so good.
Can't seem to qualify good at all this season, I assume it's the cool, rainy conditions causing heavy tracks and we just don't have the ponys for it.
Qualified 7th
Started 4th in heat and finished 4th.
Stated 8th in feature and was up to 4th, when I decided to try and knock the left front off of it. That's 2 bonehead mistakes by driver in last 2 races. Thinking about firing this guy.
We haven't had much results lately, but i believe we heading in right direction, our restarts are on point now with new transmission setup wise is getting better and learned alot over last 3 weeks
Looking forward to some hot, dry weather and black racetracks this summer, we should be on point then
In the meantime, will build a 2.4/2.2 combo motor to.be able to run on these heavy racetracks

May 10 race report
Went out with an almost new car, new transmission (different gear), 1 race day motor and new suspension setup. Horrible qualifying effort, almost last. Started 7th in heat and finished 5th.
Started 10th in feature, bonehead mistake by me, I had my foot on clutch and not on brake in initial green and went three wide into first turn, unfortunately got into the k7 and bent up the rear rim.
Managed to salvage a 5th place finish against some fast scdra cars.
Next race, ponderosa speedway this Friday, maybe, they are likely to cancel

Got new motor put together and in the car for last weekends race at thunder mountain.
Juat ain't cranking enough rpms for these cams in this motor and our clutch is in bad shape
Gonna get a new transmission welded up this week and installed in car next week. A better geared transmission for these small local tracks
Up next 6.0 LS engine build
