🚚📺 MOVING A TV? READ THIS BEFORE YOU TURN YOUR FLATSCREEN INTO MODERN ART
Look, we’ve all seen that one TV riding shotgun in the backseat like it’s headed to college… or strapped to a mattress like a hostage. Don’t do that 😅
If you’re moving house-to-house, here’s how to keep that TV alive long enough to watch it again:
🔥 1. Keep it Upright
Flat screens are like french fries—once they’re soggy (or laid flat), they’re never the same.
🔥 2. Use the ORIGINAL BOX (If You Still Have It)
If you threw it out like the warranty manual… don’t panic. A moving box + foam corners works great.
🔥 3. Wrap the Screen
Bubble wrap is best. Blanket wrap is the minimum. No raw screen contact with ANYTHING.
🔥 4. Strap It, Don’t Stack It
Never—ever—stack boxes on a TV. Even “light” boxes get petty during transit and end friendships.
🔥 5. Store in Climate-Friendly Spots
Garages get hot. Basements get damp. Neither are the vibes for electronics.
🔥 Bonus Tip: Take a quick pic of the cable setup before unplugging… saves arguments and existential crises later. 🧩
📦 Moving weird-sized stuff is kinda our specialty. From flatscreens to full setups, we move it, we wrap it, we make sure it survives the sequel.
Smokes Snacks & Sudden Moves
✨ Because the only thing that should crack during a move is a drink, not your TV.
