Amaretto Sour

• 1 1/2 oz. bourbon
• 3/4 oz. amaretto liqueur
• 3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• Ice
• Maraschino cherries, for garnish
• 1 (2") strip lemon peel

Sparkling Apple Cider Sangria

• 1 lemon wedge
• 1/4 c. cinnamon-sugar
• 1 (24-fl oz.) bottle sparkling cider, chilled
• 1 bottle white wine, chilled
• 1/3 c. fireball
• 2 apples, thinly sliced, some reserved for garnish
• Cinnamon sticks, for serving

Classic Whiskey Manhattan

• 2 ounces rye whiskey or bourbon or Canadian whiskey (we have tons of options and are happy to help!)
• 1 ounce sweet vermouth
• 2 to 3 dashes aromatic bitters
• Cherry, for garnish

1 bottle Aperol (750 mL)*
12 ounces bourbon
6 ounces honey syrup
6 ounces grapefruit juice, freshly squeezed
1 bottle dry sparkling wine (750 mL), to top
1 bottle soda water (750 mL), to top
Garnish: 16 grapefruit wheels
Garnish: 16 rosemary sprigs

Combine the Aperol, bourbon, honey syrup and grapefruit juice in a punch bowl and add large ice cubes.
For each serving, ladle 3 ounces of punch into a punch glass filled with ice cubes.
Top with a splash of sparkling wine and a splash of soda water.
Garnish with a grapefruit wheel and a rosemary sprig

Ingredients
Boiling water, to fill a mug
4 cloves
1 lemon peel or wheel
2 teaspoons demerara sugar or brown sugar
1/4 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed
2 ounces whiskey (bourbon, rye, Irish or scotch)
Steps
Fill a mug with boiling water and let stand for a minute or two to warm.

Meanwhile, stick the cloves into the lemon peel or wheel and set aside.

Empty the mug and fill about halfway with fresh boiling water.

Add the sugar and stir to dissolve.

Add the prepared lemon peel or wheel and stir.

Add the lemon juice and whiskey, and stir again.

Maple Old Fashioned

2 oz K**b Creek Smoked Maple Bourbon
2-3 Dashes of Bitters
Pinch of Raw Sugar
Splash of Club Soda
Add a Cherry and Orange Slice

Directions: In a rock glass muddle the sugar and bitters. Add ice and pour bourbon over. Top with a splash of club soda and garnish with a cherry and orange slice.

ROSADO SPRITZ

High Ball Glass
1.5 oz of Don Julio Rosado
Splash Grapefruit Juice
Top with Grapefruit Soda

Add all ingredients to a high ball glass with ice. Top with sparkling grapefruit soda, and garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
