Ramp Entobado with a base.

This video shows a ramp-style Entobado construction, where the filler is built with intentional variation through the bunch. The goal is to control the internal structure of the cigar while creating a progressive experience through the smoke.

Blend design does not stop at to***co selection. Construction matters too.

Entobado with a Torpedo.

This video shows how the bunch is built for a Torpedo format using the Entobado method. The internal structure has to support the tapered head while maintaining draw, balance, and consistency through the body of the cigar.

Shaggy Without Binder.

This video shows a shaggy-style construction without binder at the exposed foot. The unfinished foot reveals more of the internal filler structure and creates a different first impression when the cigar is lit.

It is a small visual detail, but it starts with technical control in the bunch.
