Named after our Founder’s recently born daughter, Penelope Bourbon is our signature four grain straight bourbon whiskey uniquely blended from three bourbon mash bills.  Each barrel is hand-selected and blended into a single batch for your enjoyment.   Remarkably smooth and flavorful, Penelope Four Grain is perfect whether sipping neat or using in your favorite cocktail.

TASTING NOTES:
Aroma

Balanced corn sweetness, caramel, light oak, syrup, dynamic aroma profile with slight savory notes

Forward Notes

Sweet fruit and grain, slight leather, very slight candied cream and cherry

Body

Fruit, syrup, candied sweetness, and a savory vanilla note with slight berry and citrus

Finish

slight buttercream (icing) and corn bread finish with a lingering vanilla spice

The brand new 2025 release of Heaven Hill Heritage Collection Kentucky Straight Wheat Whiskey just arrived — and it’s stunning. Silky smooth with notes of honeyed oak, warm spice, and mellowed sweetness only 19 years can deliver.

Expect a rich, soft, and rounded flavor profile thanks to the heavy wheat content and long 19-year maturation.

Nose: Vanilla bean, toasted caramel, dried fruits, and hints of baking spices.

Palate: Smooth layers of honeyed oak, toffee, light spice, roasted nuts, and dark cherry. The wheat gives it a creamy, mellow mouthfeel while the oak from nearly two decades in the barrel adds depth and character.
