Yesterday I had that really, really strong intuitive voice telling me, “Do a sound bowl session by the water and share in the two Saint Helen Facebook groups to bring people together.”

So I put together a Facebook post, took a photo of me with the bowls by the water, and posted in the two groups. - Post in the comments.

Well, today my heart is beaming with so much love, gratitude, and light that it’s really hard to contain right now. In less than 24 hours, we had 15 or 16 people show up tonight. Ahhhhhhhh 🤯

I got to share a beautiful 15-20 minute sound bowl session, but also got to share more about frequencies and how science is catching up and using them to treat certain diseases in the medical field, and also the emotional factors of sound bowls.

After the session, I shared with them a little more about Pranic Healing and guided them to the Your Hands Can Heal book by Dr. Eric B. Robbins and Master Stephen Co.

There were even a few people that bought salves as well. This evening touched my heart in more ways than I can imagine, and like I said in my post a few days ago, my soul knows exactly what it needs to do at this moment of my life.

Some journeys are bigger than miles.

As many of you know, I was born with Arthrogryposis and have spent much of my life advocating, connecting with families, and trying to help people feel seen and understood. That journey led to years with Project Scissor Gait and ultimately became part of the reason Alora Grove exists today.

Pain, healing, community, and hope have always been connected in my story.

That’s why following and sharing Misha’s Arthrogryposis Awareness Trip 2026 means so much. This isn’t just a road trip. It’s families meeting someone “like them” for the very first time. It’s tears, hugs, knowledge, hope, and reminders that none of us are alone.

I’ve been lucky enough to witness these journeys firsthand and I can tell you… there is real magic in them.

At Alora Grove, we talk about healing every day. Sometimes healing comes through natural products, sometimes through human connection, and sometimes through realizing there’s an entire community standing beside you.
