Oh another little side note for our loyal fountain peeps .... I don't know if you know it or not.... but I was starting to get a little bit nervous for you on the CO2 , we got lucky to get that one a while back but happy to say, we just had four bottles delivered !!! we will be set for a while!!

Okay ladies and gentlemen good morning happy Friday and we got our Pepsi delivery in so we are stocked times too because I thought I was going to outsmart the system since they kept skipping a week or two so I got two deliveries in one this time apparently you better get to drinking!!
A little side note on that one we also got the new mountain dews the Baja flavors and unfortunately I do not think we got the original baha but we do have Baja zero that one would be for you Mr Nathan Stark

Ok so we have been down a few days in the kitchen area..
We have been super slow as well as low on oil so we or more I decided to take the situation by the horns and got our deep cleaning out of the way!
I will say if anybody knows how I cook I'm about to make a whole lot of messes!!
Officially we are back in full swing this morning!! I've been cooking since I got here at 5:00 might need another hour for anything super awesome to come out.... But these scones smell amazing!!!!

Another lil tid bit of information for you... Now we all know I'm on again off again with vehicles. I mean you never know if I'm there if I'm not there sometimes I'll leave my truck there and I'm not there. You never know with me!
So please do not assume that we are closed if there's not a vehicle there, and if the canopy lights are off.
So the other day, I did not have my vehicle because I have a pretty serious gas leak.. && we were out of gas. Also I have been trying to turn the lights off once the sun is up to save us some money so we can pay our bills to get the gas.
I had to turn them back on because one person for sure is supposedly several people went over and said that we were closed. Check the door next time folks get a hold of me on messenger, call me up, I don't care if it's not open let me know!! Hell come pound on my door!

So I was just informed that we have gotten our fuel delivery in!!!!!
I personally apologize for any inconveniences believe me it's been a pain in the rear for me as well..
I would like to let everybody know, we do not run it down to the ground. We do not run it out completely! As long as I have been manager here we never have, I have a number I'm not supposed to go under. I usually save 50 to 100 gallons over that before I shut it down, I do this because we are kind of in the middle of nowhere, we are at least far enough away that is if your lights on you may not make it and if you're anything like me you forget a couple times and the lights been on for a couple days.... there's nobody around with gas if you can't get to your job, how are you going to come by product? So if for any reason we are bagged off because we are low on fuel and we're waiting on our delivery if it is an emergency and you can't make it to any of our surrounding towns to get fuel please just come and talk to me come and ask a cashier and tell them the deal they will let you get what you need. And if they do not please come and tell me!
I can promise you that as long as I'm there we will do what we can to help! I'm loyal to my town everything that I have done in the past currently or in the future I do with everybody in mind not just the money making side of it or the manager side of it ever I see it from all sides. my employers, my employees, and last but not least my town

My staff and I would like to let Chris Easley's family and friends know you are in our hearts, thoughts, and prayers today and the days to come he was my top coffee drinker.. (some days he was the only coffee drinker lol) and I'm sure we spoiled many home cooked dinners by him supporting us here at Fairfax convenience. He put marinara on everything! And introduced me to my new found love for the sauce. We appreciate you supporting us as we got on our feet up here over the years, you will be missed.

Well happy to announce today they dropped off the new Air machine, it is not hooked up yet unfortunately we have to hook up electricity first but at least it is here one step complete..
After 3 years of me harassing the old ATM company for an air machine... We get a new ATM and of course company to go along with it via the SQRL headquarters.
After delivering us a new ATM the other day and then coming back and getting it hooked up he's been very prompt and quick on the job he asked about an air machine and I pointed over where I had taken the old phone booth out that we had intended on getting one there but it still had never arrived.
Fairfax definitely needed 24-hour air machine. More so when Simmons was not in shop and the random out of town folks that don't know the station down there. One of many improvements here.

Just letting everybody know small town rumors are just that I will not be stepping down if I leave it will not be my choice you are stuck with me.. it's not like I have anything better to do anyways I've worked hard on the store and I don't intend on going anywhere. I get stressed out but most my life I've been a high anxiety spaz nothing I haven't dealt with before. Best way to find out is to ask. Like always I'm always happy to answer anybody's questions.

Remember if there is ever a problem let us know times we get busy or distracted and we don't realize that they have run out and I appreciate every customer that takes the time out of their day to let me know when we need to fill ice or anything like that!

Okay Fairfax!! I'm happy to announce our Pepsi delivery just came in unfortunately we did not get any CO2 with that delivery... there's some kind of weird CO2 shortage?

Morning Fairfax!!
Now I didn't think it was possible, but I know my rear end has gotten quite a bit bigger over this past year along with other parts... I'm sure now summer is here some of you are feeling the same way!? Gotten tired of same old fried foods? I know I have!!!
That being said , we have the fixings to do salads!!
Please keep in mind this is new to us, and we are always open to suggestions so come on in and grab one or call Randy for your morning afternoon or call Becca up tonight and have them make you one.
We will be keeping some pre-made ones in the cooler for grab and go you're welcome to call in an order one!!

I would personally like to send out my love and prayers for the family of Kevin Lewis. On behalf of the Fairfax-SQRL team.
He was a loyal customer! I'd like to say he was my #1 participant when it came to liking posts or sharing them so I guess I'd like to deem him my #1 fan, Possibly my only fan here on Facebook.
He was always the first and sometimes only like, on everything no matter what! I don't think I've ever seen him in there for breakfast or lunch for that matter, but he always seem pretty excited about my lunch deals lol..
I really did I appreciate him going through and liking or trying to comment on each and everyone of my silly posts that I make it meant a lot ..

- the hardest part is remembering to have the cashier stamp it I have a few that are on it with the quickness.. some need a new one once a week and would have it if it were ever on one card..

Announcement number two kind of a crappy day for it but...
Is this one is for the kids!! You know who you are!
The ones that rebelled against taking the tables and chairs out as I was told to do. They planted their rear ends right in the middle of that first aisle going back to the soda machine. They kept doing what they were doing Hanging out & eating with or without proper seating. I'm not sure how many times over the past couple years I've been asked or had to ask you guys to not be hanging out in the store like that I mean it started out as a covid reason but there were other reasons behind it that were out of my hands and were not my choice.
You were heard boys and girls! You got a table let's keep it clean, don't be throwing trash out there pick up after yourselves please and thank you. They fought for the cause but it is for everybody.
We finally have some seating for those who would like to sit and eat or sit and wait. Hopefully more to come and of course soon to be a canopy of sorts for some kind of shade. We will look into that further when we get our freezer in and get that kitchen business rolling until then.... Made some use of that little parking spot, nobody likes to park up against the wall.

cstore announcements.... As some of you know we started last few weeks on a little earlier and now I'm going to try next week for a little later.

I will say it has mostly been a practice run on the am hours and more so a thank you to the customers because they got to be up and at em early to get what feeds not just them but the community done.. Farming!
Officially we will be opening earlier on a regular even if I got to open 7 days a week .. Sunday I'm still undecided on but will keep you informed.
also.. we are going todo a test run and be open later as of next week.
so if you want us to keep the hours we need to see a little bit more faces first thing in the morning and at night at least for two or three weeks so that they can see that that's what you want and that it's going to be worth it to be open.
We will be open until 10:00 so we need to see the business in that last few hours. if we want to keep those hours and they can see everything with the system that they have set up they can tell when we're picking in business and all that so will show them what you want!! You got to earn it if you want to keep it basically. Seems fair enough I will put out the extra effort and as will the p.m. shift but you guys got to do your part too.
I will announce the hours here later this week if not tomorrow that I intend on.

Any local wood workers around? I need to look into getting a quote for a few picnic tables for the store here. So the customers have somewhere to sit while waiting for orders or if you would like to sit and eat. Please let me know if there is anyone in the area that could assist with that

Good morning fairfax! So I would like to announce to the ones that were waiting YUENGLING from Miller , and AMBERBOCK from Budweiser. They are both in the store while supplies last, until we know how much to keep on stock we might run out for a few weeks but we'll get it figured out until then, come and get it while we got it!!
Miller delivers every other Monday
Budweiser delivers every Thursday.

Again if there is ever anything anybody would like to try or wants to see in the store as long as it's getting bought I am here to help!
