Lifestyle documentary sessions are exactly that, real life, unfolding as it is. Not perfectly posed, not scripted… just honest, living moments.
During my session with Ava and her newborn sister Isla, Ava was having a hard moment. The kind that asks for patience, softness, and all of mom’s attention because well…. There’s a new baby sister in the house for the love to be shared with. So everything paused because that’s what love does. It shows up where it’s needed most. While mom consoled her… cue in Cooper, who stepped in without prompting. Just a pure, quiet, sweet connection between the two. The kind of connection that gently pulls a child back to themselves and reminds you that comfort is sometimes found in the simplest presence.

Love doesn’t fit neatly into the boxes we were taught to expect. It expands, it shifts, it takes shape in ways that are as unique as the people who share it. Sometimes love is between two people… and sometimes it’s between three hearts that were never meant to stand alone. It’s simply, another expression of love in a world that desperately needs more of it. What matters is that it’s real, that it brings joy, safety, belonging, and warmth to the people inside it. And these three embody exactly that.
There is a quiet kind of beauty in watching people love freely, openly, and authentically… without apology and without shrinking to make others comfortable. Their connection is proof that love is infinite when we allow it to be.
Here’s to honoring all the ways love can look.
Here’s to celebrating the courage it takes to choose it, on your own terms. And here’s to these three extraordinary men who have found home in one another. 💙

Brittany, is not just a photographer… she’s a creative visionary. A wild-hearted artist who builds entire fantasy worlds from scratch…crafting her own headpieces, dreaming up the most magical concepts, and breathing life into every portrait she creates. Photographing her is effortless. Calling her a friend is the real gift.

This shoot was brought to life inside the lush, enchanting atmosphere of , Easton’s plant boutique that feels like stepping into an indoor secret garden. Their space wrapped the session in warmth, texture, and whimsy… the perfect setting for Brittany’s creative spirit to shine.
And the best part? Kraft & Co also designs incredible wedding florals, so it felt like the perfect full-circle moment as Brittany and I continue our own adventure together documenting weddings.

This wasn’t just a wedding; it was the unfolding of a family’s story, tender, unscripted, and deeply human.
Mehgan + Jared didn’t just exchange vows; they promised a lifetime of love already written in giggles and tiny footprints. Their daughter, with wild giggles and curious eyes, danced between the moments, the living heartbeat of their story. Between the vows and cake crumbs, joy spilled out in the purest form: a family who already was, simply choosing to say “yes” again.
Because, love doesn’t begin at “I do.”, it’s been growing quietly all along…. hand in hand, heart to heart, all three. 🥰

In the heart of Iceland’s untamed beauty… where glaciers meet fire and waterfalls whisper ancient secrets, I documented this elopement not just as an event, but as a living, breathing love story.
Love, at its most real isn’t afraid to bend with the wind or dance through the storm. For Cody and Brittany their love became a testament to that kind of love. A love that adapts, endures, and holds fiercely, to what matters most. With rain looming over their original ceremony plans, at the last minute, we pivoted. Packing our layers and gear we arrived to the base of Múlagljúfur Canyon at 11 p.m. meeting their officiant . The sky dimmed quickly, the sun setting below the horizon by 11:30, casting the last golden touches over the peaks. In near darkness and bitter cold we began our ascent guided by an unwavering purpose.
We reached the ridge by midnight, which was perfect to allow their vows to still be exchanged on the 21st, a date rich with personal meaning for them. With shadows gracing the canyon and soft light gracing the ridgelines, Cody and Brittany declared their souls to one another surrounded by the wild, raw stillness of Iceland at night.
At 1:30 am, hearts full, vows sealed, we began our descent, forever changed by the wild magic of love that’s brave, intentional, and deeply true.
