I have several 1/8 and 1/4 beef packages as well as ground beef bundles from the farm available now, with a few more ready within the next two weeks:

1/4 Beef – approx. 250lbs hanging weight – $1,275.00

1/8 Beef – approx. 125lbs hanging weight – $637.00

Each package includes a variety of cuts:
Ground beef, hamburger patties, sirloin, Delmonico, New York strip, filet mignon, round steaks, roasts, stew meat, brisket, and optional soup bones.

Finished product yields approximately 60% of the hanging weight.

Sending a sub tray over to the Rimrock Acres 4-H Club this morning as a small token of appreciation for all their hard work.

If you have not yet attended this year's 88th Annual St Clair County 4H and Youth Fair - You have TWO more days to enjoy everything the fair has to offer!

Take a stroll through the barns and explore the 4-H project displays — they’re full of creativity, innovation, and hard work. Behind every project is a young person who has put in countless hours learning, growing, and overcoming challenges to bring it to life.

County fairs aren’t just about funnel cakes and carnival rides — they’re about the next generation of agricultural leaders. 4-H and FFA youth rely on these events to show livestock, build skills, and learn lifelong lessons in responsibility and resilience.

Even if you’re just stopping by for fun, take a moment to appreciate the dedication behind the scenes. These kids are doing big things — and they deserve our support.

83lbs of cherries have been preserved for lots of desserts! There are 20 slices of vanilla cake with cherry topping and a cream cheese frosting in the deli case. I will update this post when they sell out.

The cooler nights have helped the rhubarb out a bit. I have enough to make something for the case this weekend and little extra for a couple of strawberry rhubarb cakes or pies. This will be the last of the rhubarb for the year. I don't harvest from the plants after July. Message here or call 810-329-9432 to pre-order.
