Thank you for choosing Nevin’s Snack Co. for your snack needs. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the items have been purchased and received by the customer. We take great care to ensure the quality and freshness of our snacks.

We maintain strict quality control measures to ensure that our snacks meet our customers’ expectations. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, such as damaged or defective items, please contact us within 2-5 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to address the issue and find a satisfactory resolution.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at 313-948-7564 within 2-5 days of receiving your order.
Non-Refundable Items:
Certain items are non-refundable, including perishable goods such as snacks. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for these items.
Cancellations:
