We are creating a Market & Restaurant coming to Erie, Colorado in 2027 from your friends at Pearl Market & Wine, Carmella's Italian & Pizza, and Pearl Wine Company. The idea of building a true community gathering place, the same way we've been building one here in Central Park. We have the Rocky Mountain Arsenal as our backyard; Westerly has magnificent views of Longs Peak. Same community-first philosophy that built Pearl, a whole new neighborhood to call home.

This project has been a joy so far and only gets better. Spending time with the team at , you can see the thought and care they're putting into building a real community, not just homes, but connection. It's rare to work with a developer that values that as deeply as we do.

When a market and restaurant are woven into daily life, real community happens. That's what we are building in Central Park, and that's what we have the opportunity to build in Erie!

.co, & Pearl Wine Company were built on the belief that community is everything.

We're watching what's happening across the country, and we know many people are carrying fear, anger, exhaustion, and uncertainty.

We feel it too.

We won’t be shutting down, not because we don’t care, but because our team depends on them being open. Keeping our doors open is how we protect our people.

Staying open doesn't mean staying silent.

Our family members and friends are teachers, nurses, volunteers, and organizers. They're on the frontlines every day. This is personal to us.

So we'll do what we know how to do: show up. Create space. Feed our community. Stand for human dignity and freedom.

Today, Carmella’s@ Pearl Market & Wine will be matching our team’s tips dollar for dollar with a donation to a local coalition for human rights. Pearl Wine Company on South Pearl will be donating 10% of our sales.

Hi Neighbors!
As we wrap up an incredible year, we wanted to kick off 2026 together — around the table, with our neighborhood.

This New Year’s Day, we’re hosting a special Brunch at Carmella’s — and we’re asking everyone to make a reservation. (Yes, reservations! Something new we’re rolling out in 2026 as we grow into more of a full restaurant experience.)

On the menu: Short Rib Oscar, Mini Pancakes, Rome’s Sausage & Biscuits, D Bar Doughnuts, and Elemental Cinnamon Rolls. Plus bubbles flowing and all that slow, happy first-day-of-the-year energy we could all use.

This brunch is something new for us — a little experiment, just for fun. And who knows… if it’s a hit, maybe it becomes a thing.

More than anything, this brunch is about gratitude. Thank you for an incredible 2025. Here’s to building something beautiful together in 2026.

Christmas Eve Hours 🎄

We’ll be closing early tonight at 6pm and will be closed Christmas Day. So, our team can spend some well deserved time with their families.

We’ll be back Friday, ready to welcome you into the New Year.

Our donuts and cinnamon rolls sold out early this morning (thank you 🥹), and from sleigh rides with Santa to holiday lasagna on your table, we’re so grateful you chose to make us part of your holiday traditions.

We truly love being a part of this neighborhood and can’t wait for what the New Year brings.
