CenterPilot is a web based application, designed to aid commercial daycares with managing the requirements set forth by their involvement with the state’s food assistance program. rpilot provides specific functionality to the sponsor, to help them manage the centers within their organization. This application will aid the daycare with managing their students, who are enrolled in the food program. Meals can be designed and scheduled; quantities to be served will be calculated based on the specific food items and age of the student. Alerts will keep you informed about issues on your meals and your student’sforms. Your monthly claim is submitted with the click of a button, eliminating the need for time consuming faxing. For the sponsors, Centerpilot will keep you notified of many types of issues that may arise from your centers. Mechanisms within the application allow you to communicate specific needs you may have of the center; such as a field missing on a required form. The monthly center claims are processed through a quick series of pages allowing you to drill down into problem areas within the claim.
