Gin Mare - Inspired by the culinary heritage of the Catalan Mediterranean region. Signature botanicals include the local arbequina olive, bitter and sweet orange, lemon, rosemary, and thyme. The nose is big on the herbal side, especially rosemary, but is
gentle and never overpowering. The palate likewise leans herbal with the rosemary and thyme dominating, but with a solid juniper background and the brightness of citrus to balance it all and keep it from becoming overly savory.

Highclere Castle Gin - Highclere Castle Gin is distilled from a blend of botanicals found in the Castle’s Victorian Orangery and ancient Monks’ Garden as well as a touch
of oats grown on the estate farms. This exceptionally smooth London Dry Gin integrates juniper, orange, lemon zest, lavender, cardamom, and other herbs with Highclere’s famous oats to soften the finish.

Blue Run “Emerald” Small Batch Rye Whiskey - Emerald Rye is Blue Run’s second Rye Whiskey release. Contract distilled at Castle & Key in Frankfort, Kentucky, this limited collection was crafted from just 189 barrels. On the nose, dreamy butterscotch and creamy caramel lead to toasted oak and spicy peppers. The palate is awakened with a quick hit of buttercream and shish*to peppers followed by a blast of apples and pears evolving into a woody sprinkling of cloves and rye spice . The finish will leave you with lasting memories of leather, oak, and brown butter.

Montana Rioja Cranzia - This wine has a profile of ripe stone fruits with balsamic notes and a toasted touch. Firm tannins lead to a lightly fruity finish. Pairs well with almost all foods.

Valpolicella “Réverie” - This wine, from the area around Venice, Italy, boasts a flavor profile that is rich in floral aromas, wild rose, and morello cherries, with a savory, fresh, and smooth sip, good aromatic richness, and persistence. Pairs with red meats, game, aged cheeses and pasta dishes.

La Mozza Cabernet Sauvignon - This 100 % Cabernet from Tuscany, Italy, touts the flavor profile of ripe blueberry and wild blackberries, with hints of spices that express the beauty of Cabernet without ever showing any of the varietal's herbaceousness or green pepper qualities. Pairs with Pizza, pasta, and semi hard aged cheeses.

"I enjoy this particular gin because it utilizes 6 distinct Japanese botanicals to impart it's unique flavor, making it unlike any gin you've ever had. It's best enjoyed, I feel, with a really good quality tonic or soda with a slice of either fresh lemon or lime. CIGAR BLEND BOURBON WHISKEY: Small batch 008 is a marriage of hand-selected low rye (21%) and high rye (36%) Bourbon barrels, all aged for a minimum of 7 years. The whiskey was finished in a combination of Armagnac, Sherry, Cognac and Port Casks.

DBL OAK BOURBON WHISKEY: Small batch 007 is a marriage of hand-selected low rye (21%) and high rye (36%) Bourbon barrels, all aged for a minimum of 7 years. The whiskey was finished in a combination of new charred and second use oak barrels.

We also have three variations of Copper and Cask STRAIGHT BOURBON WHISKEY!
