Ride Leaders and grill masters please be there at 8am each day for setup. Please see JB (grilling) and Blair (riders) if you plan to help.

⏰ Join us all day (9 AM – 4:30 PM) or sign up for a shift:

Morning Shift: 9 AM – 1 PM
Afternoon Shift: 1 PM – 4:30 PM

✨ Ways to Help:
🖥 Registration Table – Assist with rider check-in using Harley’s computer system and the riders license.
🏍 Demo Ride Leaders – Help guide the rides as a lead, middle, or sweep rider.
🍔 Grillers – Keep everyone fueled and happy with great food!

🚨 VOLUNTEERS NEEDED – THIS SATURDAY! 🏍️

Hey HOG family! If you’re not already helping with the grilling; We’re looking for a few helping hands to assist with parking lot duties at this Saturday’s dealership event. We need volunteers to arrive between 8:15 and 8:30 AM to help line up bikes as they roll in and get everything ready for a smooth 10:00 AM kickstands up!

If you’re available to lend a hand, please reach out to Melodee. Your help is greatly appreciated, and it makes a big difference in keeping everything running like a well-oiled machine! 💪🏼🔥

We wanted to let you know that the Spirited Ride originally scheduled for Saturday, June 28 is being postponed to a later date. While we’re disappointed to delay this ride, we’re excited to invite you to join us at the dealership for an action-packed day of fun and festivities!
