Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
Operate POS systems for sales transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing
Upsell products and suggest additional items to enhance customer purchases
Maintain attractive merchandise displays and follow proper merchandising standards
Stock shelves, organize inventory, and manage stock levels effectively
Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions and resolving issues promptly
Perform basic retail math to ensure accurate transactions and inventory counts
Maintain a clean, organized store environment in compliance with safety standards
Support supervising staff during busy periods or as needed
=========📌 Requirements===============
Previous experience in a smoke shop environment is preferred
Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and retail math concepts
Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette
Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately under pressure
Bilingual skills are a plus to assist a diverse customer base
Experience supervising or leading small teams is a plus (not required)
Proven ability to upsell products and conduct effective product demonstrations
Knowledge of merchandising, stocking procedures, and retail sales strategies
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
