I am so grateful for my time teaching 👩‍🏫 at Somerset County Vocational High School📍. Working hands-on with the students gave me the opportunity to share not only culinary techniques, but also the importance of professionalism, presentation, and pride in their craft. Watching them grow in both confidence and skill has been an experience I’m immensely proud of. Their energy, creativity, and passion inspired me every single day. The future is so bright for each of them, and I feel truly honored to have been a small part of their journey. 👩‍🍳✨

I always make sure I put out a plate that I would serve to a VIP during a busy dinner service. Utilizing the ingredients given and adding your own flare is sometimes looked down upon in the kitchen world but not for me ☺️
