Before this store opened we had to go through ALOT of paperwork and permits. One was just for our underground gas tank. This store was empty for around 12 years. Got the tank inspected required by the state. They were very new 12 years ago. So hadn’t been used much before that owner closed and passed away. It passed with flying colors. They said “this tank still looks brand new, was wrapped in steel and wont rust”. Then it came time to put gas in the tank. The guy that did the permit did not put the seal back on before he put the cap on the tank. Needless to say, we did not go through with getting gas at that time. So had another person come out with new seal and cap, got water out and had gas delivery come back. At that time they checked and the tank was completely dry so we put gas in our tank. I’m letting everyone know because recently there has been a lot of talk of people saying my tank wasn’t good. Pure gossip. That could not be further than the truth and if they weren’t good, the State wouldn’t let me sell gas. Mine are probably in better shape than most of the tanks in this area. And, where do you think I get my own gas? ⛽️ People have asked who my gas supplier is gas since I have chosen not to be affiliated with a “brand”. Picture below is my gas supplier.
