New Cheese 🧀

We’re upping our Maine cheese game with a variety of items from different creameries from around the state. Today we’re highlighting Tide Line. A cows milk cheese with an ashed bloomy rind. The paste is layered and covered with a vegetable ash layer.

🏆ACS award-winner and two-time finalist in the Good Food Awards.

🍴We love Tide Line on Hazelnut biscuits and a schmear of Forbidden Fruit jam.

✨New Cheese✨

Roquefort is the OG of blue cheese. Creamy, salty, earthy, delicious. New to us but a long-time favorite French cheese lovers. Come grab a baguette and a wedge of Roquefort for your next picnic or easy lunch.

We love to pair this cheese with a classic Sauternes or an Alsacean white like Gerwurztraminer.
