INTRODUCTION
The one absolute necessity in the sport of lacrosse is stick skills(Stickwork).There is nothing more essential for a player in the game of lacrosse than stick skills. Stickwork is an acquired skill, acquired through proper drills, discipline, creativity and techniques. Once certain techniques become muscle memory to play right and left handed, the field opens up for a player, the game

To be a successful scorer you need three things; 1)Good technique = accuracy, power / 2)Deception- how to hide your stick, move a goalie/ 3)Diversity - time and room, on the run, in tight. All of which are required to be called a skilled shooter. Shooting at a high level is not only knowing how to shoot, but when and where. Maximize your power and become more efficient. Get the ball out of you stick faster with more accuracy and power. The same techniques have helped some of the best scorers in high school, college, and pro lacrosse.
