Every Thursday, Diane pulls out a special bottle.

Sometimes it’s a rare find you won't see anywhere else in Portugal. Other times, it’s a hidden gem from an under-the-radar winemaker. And occasionally, it’s the last bottle of its kind. Anything is possible.

For now, we’re exploring Burgundy—East to West, and maybe heading South at some point. No strict plans, just following the flow. Bottles that caught our attention or somehow found their way to us...

No reservations, no fuss—just drop by when you feel like it. Every week, on Thursday! !
