I spent 3 days researching ERP software in Pakistan.

What I found changed everything.

(Swipe →)

I looked everywhere.

SAP Business One.
Oracle NetSuite.
Local vendors in Karachi.

I contacted all of them.

Every single one started with:

Rs 30,000

Setup fee.

Before the system even turns on.

Then came the real punch.

Rs 5,000

Every month.
Whether you use it or not.

Add it up.

Rs 90,000

Year one.
For a shop doing Rs 50 lac in sales.

Let that sink in.

Every vendor.
Same price.

SAP. Oracle. Local vendors.
All quoted the same range.

Because they were never building it for businesses like mine.
Enterprise software is built for enterprises.

This isn't bad business.

It's by design.

Small shops in Karachi were never the customer.
We were always an afterthought.

So I stopped looking.

And started building.

I was doing Rs 50 lac a year in sales.

And I had no idea where my money actually was.

318 products. 2 sales channels. Zero real-time visibility.

Inventory? Spreadsheet. Profit? A guess. Cash flow? Prayer.

So I looked up ERP software — SAP, Oracle, local vendors. Same answer everywhere: Rs 30,000 to set up, then Rs 5,000 every single month. Rs 90,000 in year one alone.

For a small shop in Karachi, that's not a solution. That's a trap.

So I didn't buy one.

I built one. With AI. For free.
