️ How It’s Used in Kimbap (Gimbap)
Lay the seaweed, shiny side down, on a bamboo rolling mat or clean surface.
Spread cooked short‑grain rice, lightly seasoned with sesame oil and salt, evenly across the sheet, leaving a margin.
Place desired fillings—(pickled radish), spinach, egg strips, carrot, ham, or fish cake—across the center.
Roll tightly (with or without a bamboo mat), then seal gently.
Slice into bite‑sized pieces, and optionally brush with sesame oil and sprinkle sesame seeds for finish
