Dear customer,
We kindly ask that you negotiate reasonably based on the price. We hope you don’t bargain to the point where it feels like you just want the item for free. We also have expenses to pay. It’s difficult for us to run a business if we sell at a loss and earn nothing.
We hope you understand that when we purchase our items, we pay for everything as well—labor, assistance, and other costs. If we have a physical store, prices may be slightly higher compared to online sellers. Why? Because we pay for rent and other store expenses.
However, having a physical store also gives you advantages—you can see, touch, and fit the clothes, and check the quality before buying. Unlike online selling, where sellers usually don’t pay for a physical space. And when you add shipping fees, the total often ends up almost the same.
This is not against online sellers. Many people just don’t understand why online prices can be cheaper while physical store prices are higher—it’s mainly because of the overhead costs of maintaining a store.
That’s all, and thank you for your understanding. 😊
