• Provides admin support to ensure efficient operation of office.
• Encode and provide necessary reports for the store manager i.e., inventory, supplier’s product lists, master list, payables, etc.
• Maintain supplies/stocks inventory by checking to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies and placing order of supplies to the manager and to suppliers.
• Filing all necessary invoices and receipts of suppliers
• Copying and scanning of necessary documents as needed
• Completes operational requirements every start of the year like business permits and other licenses
• BIR mandatory compliance monthly and quarterly and other files needed for annual reporting.
