Shichida’s classic Junmai Ginjo is highly regarded for a reason it manages to be fruity (lots of white peach) without losing that satisfying, rich backbone. It’s exactly what you want on the table next to some hot tempura or seared fish.

It has a refined depth with a soft floral aroma and a clean, full-bodied finish. No fluff just a well-made sake that tastes exactly like the rice it’s brewed from. Best served chilled or at room temp.
