Senior Construction Manager (with Offshore Bored Piling Experience)
Qualifications:
-120,000 monthly salary + 10,000 allowance and free lodging
-Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Licensed Civil Engineer preferred)
-Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in construction project management
-At least 10-15 years of hands-on experience in offshore bored piling or related marine construction projects
-Proven leadership in managing large-scale infrastructure or reclamation projects
-In-depth knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and environmental compliance related to offshore and coastal engineering
-Strong experience in managing subcontractors, vendors, and multi-disciplinary teams
-Excellent project planning, budgeting, and risk management skills
-Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, Primavera)
-Strong communication and coordination skills with stakeholders, engineers, and regulatory bodies
