Organically farmed and thoughtfully made, his flagship “Dominio de Casalta” label shows both power and precision. And we just received two of his superstar drops in the bodega 👀

Ripe blackberries, plums, and dark cherries layered with spice, cocoa, and toasted vanilla, framed by supple tannins and fresh high-altitude lift.
