📃Terms and Policies:
1. Payment means you have read and agree to our shop terms and conditions.
2. Strictly payment first policy. We don't have cash-on-delivery and online shop check-out. If you do not trust us you're free to walk out and find another shop.
3. 50% downpayment is required to confirm your order. The remaining balance and shipping fee must be settled after completion of the project or before ship out. Abandonment or failure to response or settle the remaining balance within 30 days means no refund and the items will be offered to others.
4. Full payment is required for mini me dolls and unique or unusual characters designs. Then shipping fee must be settled after completion of the project or before ship out. Abandonment or failure to response or settle the remaining balance within 30 days means no refund and the items will be offered to others.
5. Reservation for on-hand items lasts only for 24 hours if not settled within, items will be offered to others interested buyers.
6. Crochet items are not easy to produce, fewer items might take 1 - 2 weeks to complete and bigger orders might take 3 - 4 weeks or more. Keep in mind that delivery might take 3 - 7 days or more in case of calamities.
7. No refund to those who have paid 60% and chose to cancel their orders. Only 10% will be refunded to those who canceled their orders but paid in full. Give me up to 30 days to give your refunds.
8. Exchange for wrong items are allowed, as long as you sent me an unedited unboxing video showing the receipt and the wrong items you received. We are not liable to courier damaged items. You may ask photos and video of packing of items before shipping.
9. No grabbing of photos and videos and asking other crocheters to do the project, unless you got my permission to do so.
