ทางเพจขออนุญาติเรียนแจ้ง ว่าทางเพจไม่ขอเรียกใช้แอพนี้ Lalamove สำหรับการส่งของ อีกต่อไปค่ะ

ทุกครั้งที่เรียกใช้บริการ มีปัญหาตลอด ไม่ว่าจะ จะส่งช้าบ้าง ช้าแบบ มากกว่า 4 ชม. ไม่ส่งเลยก็บ้าง ไม่ติดต่อลูกค้าแถมใม่อารมณ์บ้าง ขอเงินเพิ่มบ้างล่ะ และล่าสุด ส่งของมั่วไปหมด ติดตามของอะไรก็ไม่ได้เลย สรุปของเราหาย ทางเพจเราเสียหายอย่างมาก ทั้งคนขับและพนักงาน customer service ของ Lalamove เอง ก็คือได้รางวัลการทำงานยอดแย่แห่งปีค่ะ ทางเพจไม่อยากประณามใครมากค่ะ แค่เล่าสู่กันฟัง เพื่อเป็นวิทยาทานค่ะ

อย่างไร ทางเพจจะขอเรียกใช้บริการแค่แอฟเขียวเท่านั้น และถ้าลูกค้ายังอยากใช้แอฟส้มนี้ เรียกรถ ทางเราอาจจะต้องรบกวนลูกค้าเรียกรถมารับของจากทางเราเอง เพื่อง่ายต่อการติดตามสถานะ ของลูกค้าเองค่ะ

Dear Customers,

Our page would like to informed that our page will not use a service from Lalamove anymore.

Due to everytime we use this app and we aare courter a bad experiences from them such as late delivery more than 4 hours, non delivery, no contact customer and angry to me, overcharged, and lated is send wrong item to my customer. i try to follow up both driver and customer service of Lalamove but its not really working. So they are getting the most worst service in the year from us now. We do not need to reproach or any complaints but just need to inform you for your knowlege and prevention.

However, our page will use other Green app instead but if customer still really need to use this app, wr need you to call this app directly instead for more easier to follow up and tracking the delivery status by yourself.
