🌏 𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗥𝗚𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗬 𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗡𝗘𝗦𝗦 𝗞𝗜𝗧 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗘𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗛𝗤𝗨𝗔𝗞𝗘 🇵🇭
As a citizen living near the West Valley Fault, it’s truly alarming to see the recent earthquakes happening in the Visayas and Mindanao. These events remind us once again of the importance of preparedness, especially since we’ve long been warned about “𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝘽𝙞𝙜 𝙊𝙣𝙚.”
When you look at the fault lines of Cebu and Davao, they’re part of the same network of active faults connected to those in Luzon, all within the Pacific Ring of Fire, a region naturally prone to earthquakes and volcanic activity.
That’s why, with earthquakes happening more frequently, it’s best that we stay alert and always be prepared.
