A 13-year-old kid, John Harold Hipol ,once asked if he could work with me.
I told him it wasn’t possible yet because he was still too young.

But instead of just turning him away, I wanted to help him learn something valuable. I told him he could get products from my shop and try selling them himself. I taught him basic sales talk, how to approach people, and how marketing works.

I wanted him to understand that learning how to sell and create value is better than begging for money. Skills will always take him further.

I also told him that when he turns 18, the opportunity to work with me will still be there.

Sometimes helping someone isn’t about giving money, it’s about teaching them how to build a future for themselves.
