VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
Position: Lead Facilitators (5 Positions)
The Bougainville Youth Federation (BYF) is seeking to recruit five (5) qualified and experienced Lead Facilitators to deliver Livelihood Skills Training across Bougainville.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate livelihood and employment skills training sessions.
- Deliver practical and participatory training using approved training materials.
- Mentor and support participants throughout the training.
- Maintain attendance records and prepare training reports.
- Coordinate with the BYF Secretariat and local stakeholders to ensure successful training delivery.
Essential Requirements
- Relevant qualification or demonstrated experience in training, community development, business, agriculture, entrepreneurship, or related fields.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience working with youth and community groups.
- Ability to travel within Bougainville.
- Good report writing and organisational skills.
Contract
Short-term contract for the duration of the livelihood training program.
