Have you ever had a wine from Côtes du Brian?!
This is 100% Cinsault from 50 yr old vines on ‘Brian’s Hillside’ close to Minervois in the Languedoc region of France.
A project of two highly respected Burgundian winemakers, Anne Gros & JP Tollot, they’ve taken a grape usually used in blends and made a finessed, vibrant single variety expression.
