It is one of the most popular traditional comfort foods in Japan. Onigiri is the sandwich of the Japanese cuisine, sold in almost every convenience store or homemade by mothers for their kids’ lunchbox. Yua - onigiri reflects the meaning of food and cooking to me. But it’s also creativity, a way of designing. Mixing flavours, colors and textures. I'm introducing this traditional Japanese dish to t

Yamsie! Looks like sushi but even better...😏 teaming up with Yua Onigiri was a great experience and resulted in this meal right here! Curious to hear your thoughts and if you would like to taste more of this fancy Japanese sandwhich we can definitely create more Asian meal vibes with Yua Onigiri in the future!
