From La Rhumerie de Chamarel, a family-owned rum estate and distillery in Mauritius, we sourced this Coffee Crystal Sugar.

This is a premium, large-grained brown sugar with a rich molasses profile. Its chunky crystals dissolve slowly, adding an indulgent, caramel-like depth of flavour without overpowering what you pair it with.
