Make a mistakes and learn from it, it makes you grow and stronger 💪
I like owning small parts of many things. Five percent here, two percent there, ten percent somewhere else. Let the people with big shares carry the big worry. My job is to choose wisely, help build, and share in the success when it comes.
If one venture fails, my life does not crash with it. I can still sleep. I can still move. I can still help others. But when a few succeed, it adds up beautifully. Many small rivers can make one strong ocean if you are patient.
That mindset also protects my heart. I do not need to control everything to feel powerful. I just need to be present, useful, and fair. That is how I now do business, and it has given me great peace.
