Fresh, zesty and perfect for spring! This Asparagus Lemon Pasta with sweet peas is made for sunny days. Serve it up with warm French bread and a glass of Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio.

1 lb spaghetti or bucatini
2 tbsp olive oil
1 small leek, chopped
1 lb asparagus, cut into 2” pieces
1 cup peas (fresh or frozen)
4 garlic cloves, minced
Zest of 1 lemon
1 tsp red pepper flakes
Salt & pepper
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1/3 cup shaved Pecorino Romano

🍋🧄Toss spaghetti with sautéed leeks, asparagus, peas, lemon zest & garlic. Add butter, Pecorino Romano & a pinch of red pepper flakes. Creamy, zesty goodness in every bite!
