奔富香槟 Cuvée Brut、Theinot Rosé 以及 FWT 585 正式在马来西亚亮相。
Above 5 很荣幸成为此次发布的合作伙伴，于我们的精品店呈现这场法国奔富系列的专属品饮会。

很多人不知道，其实奔富不只在澳洲酿酒。
这些年他们把酿造扩展到法国，创造出完全不同风格的气泡酒和红酒。

这次在店里办了一场很特别的品酒会，我们就一次把奔富“澳洲以外的样子”喝得很完整。从法国气泡 Cuvee Brut、Brut Rosé 到来自波尔多的 FWT 585，每一款都让我们重新认识了奔富。

✨ 冷知识：原来茅台也能养生

很多人知道飞天茅台，却没听过「茅台不老」。
它在中国被称为 养生酒，带有龙眼、枸杞、人参、红枣的香气。

你知道吗❓它的特别之处之所以成为不老反而是因为…
不能老，才叫“不老”
茅台酒从出厂就能直接喝，风味已经定型，不需要像葡萄酒那样再窖藏。放再久，它的口感不会因为“老”而坏掉，反而会越来越醇厚。
所以“不老”的意思，不是不会变老，而是：
➡️ 出厂即饮 → 不必等
➡️ 久放更醇 → 不怕老

而且基酒要存 3–4 年才能勾调
即使是不老的茅台，也要先让酒基沉淀 3–4 年，再由酿酒师把几十种酒勾调在一起才能稳定出厂。
在国际烈酒比赛中，茅台更被誉为 东方佳酿，曾与干邑、威士忌并称世界三大蒸馏酒。这其实是坊间对茅台酒的一种美誉。

它的由来有几个原因：
1️⃣ 产地独特：茅台产自贵州茅台镇，赤水河水质独特，被称为“珍贵的水”。
2️⃣ 工艺讲究：茅台的酿造工艺复杂，要经历端午制曲、重阳下沙、九次蒸煮、八次发酵、七次取酒，耗时长、工序多。
3️⃣ 养生寓意：茅台因含有上百种有益微量成分，被认为对身体有保健作用，所以民间称它“养生酒”。
4️⃣ 文化价值：在中国酒文化里，茅台地位几乎等于“国酒”，常被赋予东方智慧和传统价值的象征，所以才有了「东方佳酿」的称呼。
