Last Saturday one of our more experienced staff members had to deal with a very abusive customer. This man may have felt better himself after releasing a tirade of abuse to our staff member but please bear in mind we are all human and itโs hard to shake off those words and not let it get in on you.
Under no circumstances will we tolerate abuse of our staff and we reserve the right to refuse admission.
Thankfully later that day we had a lucky customer who had a big win in the lotto. They tipped the same staff member generously. To them we say thank you & you had no idea how important this gesture was to the our team member. To the 99% of our customer base - thanks for being sound! Also special thanks to one of soundest neighbours who stepped in between the customer giving abuse and our own staff member - very much appreciated. ๐๐ป
