We bring you thence.22, a symbol of summer’s fading glow.
This month’s thence
features Japan’s Yamanashi “Tokusyu” Kawanishi White Peach
and Spanish Flat Peach.
The Kawanishi white peach is a late-harvest variety—
large in size, pale in flesh with a soft blush,
high in sweetness, low in acidity.
With local honey from Hong Kong’s Wing Wo Bee Farm as the base,
the fresh peaches are carefully processed and extracted
in our local workshop.
Simply add with tonic water in a 1:3 ratio,
and enjoy a refreshing afternoon delight at home.

The Prisoner's Share contains 3 straight bourbons and 2 straight rye whiskeys aged between 4 and 15 years which are blended together and finished in French oak barrels that once held wine created by The Prisoner Wine Company.

A distinctive blend of aged straight rye and straight bourbon whiskeys, finished in The Prisoner Red Blend wine barrels to highlight the sophisticated notes of raspberry jam, toasted mahogany, crème brûlée, black pepper, cherry cola, and French oak spice character.

Nose: Cherry Blossom, pomegranate, macerated prunes, dried violets, ginger beer, dark mead, toasted cedar chips.

Taste: Honey-roasted figs, apricot jam on grilled brioche, black pepper, coconut pound cake, French oak spice, caramel drizzled over blood orange slices.

ABV: 51%
