This single plot cuvée comes from a small holding on the granitic slopes of Malleval. A lustrous beauty, this has an uplifted nose of waxy honey, lemon drop and fresh peaches. It is incredibly pristine. On the palate, custard and pith lead the charge, building the nectarine-laced texture. The acidity here is so well-balanced with tight-rope strength amplified in grace and tension in equal measure.
