cider crafts bone dry, unfiltered ciders from wild and heritage apples found in Cornwall’s forgotten orchards and windswept hedgerows. Each bottle is a once-only story - made with fruit that may never grow the same way again. No additives, no shortcuts - just apple juice, air and time. Even the bottles are recycled from local pubs, because great cider shouldn’t cost the Earth.

3 new ciders just landed from in Cornwall!

Cormelian 2023:
A sparkling dry cider made from a blend of 70% Sweet Alford and 30% Colloggett Pippin, also known as Cornish Giant. Wild fermented in oak barrels for 11 months.

Crisp, juicy and tropical with a subtle slate minerality. Delicious as an aperitif.

Skawen 2023:
A still dry cider, wild fermented with fruit from an ancient orchard on a salt water estuary containing Cornish heritage varieties.

We get notes of elderflower and melon with preserved lemons to finish. One for the table, accompanied by something savoury, this cider takes on a delicious sweetness. We love it with shellfish, cheese and grilled vegetables or meat.

Losvelyn 2022: A delicious sparkling cider, predominantly made from apples handpicked from an ancient orchard on the Fowey estuary. As always fermented naturally with wild yeast. We get plum jam on the nose, followed by notes of tart quince, grapefruit zest and sherbet with a lovely slate minerality to finish.
This is a delightful zingy cider - if you love Lambic beer or a dry German Riesling this is for you. Perfect with rich and savoury dishes, like roast meat or miso roasted vegetables.

After the success of our first cider supper back in November we’re super excited to announce that we are back at on Sunday 16th March for the Spring edition of our Cider Supper with

We’ve crafted a 5 course menu featuring ultra seasonal dishes, each paired with 5 outstanding ciders that complement one another beautifully.

Our ciders, sourced from across the UK, range from bold and tannic to sweet and easy drinking. We aim to highlight the remarkable ciders currently being produced in the UK, giving you the opportunity to explore their diverse varieties and flavour profiles.

Each cider will be accompanied by a thoughtfully paired dish, emphasizing the use of British, seasonal ingredients.

We can provide a vegetarian and a gluten-free menu but unfortunately no other dietary requirements can be catered for. Please drop us an email to [email protected] if you require a vegetarian or gluten free menu.

Join us for this event at the lovely Yellowhammer in Stockport on Sunday 16th March. We will have 2 sittings at 6pm and 7pm.
