If we don’t find anything that we think is suitable, then we won’t stock an appellations wine just to be able to tick a box. Well the answer to that question is simple. The diversity of the wine in this region is immense, and, this is the area where we have built relationships with the growers and winemakers. We feel this is important, as we are then recommending wine that we know.
