When we first started, we believed that there was the need for a good, down to earth, friendly and helpful specialist wine shop offering a range of interesting wines from mostly smaller producers. A sort of antidote to the increasing anonymity and sameness of the big chain stores.

An intense and concentrated Porto Branco, with delicate floral aromas and rich flavours of crystalised orange through to a long and delicate finish with balanced sweetness.
This wine is made from predominantly Moscatel Galego Branco, which is a synonym for Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains, recognised as an elegant and fragrant variety with delicate complexity.

Dominate aromas of honeysuckle, light jasmine, lemon blossom. Significantly lifted and aromatic. Refreshing and delicious on the plate that’s generous and full. Fruit rind, lemon, grapefruit, and a rich almond characteristic on the finish, a sign of what could come if aged.

Their Marsanne is timeless. Having vines dating back to 1927, it almost sets it’s self as the benchmark when comparing Marsanne.

Rob brewed first and still the beer we brew the most. Scapa Special is a classic pale ale with wide appeal. Ever so balanced, the skill that Rob has so well honed, this beer has biscuity malt upfront and delicate but ascending hops in the middle and end.
The label depicts the voluntary scuttling of the interned German fleet in Scapa Flow, 1919. Once the anchorage of the British Home Fleet, today Scapa Flow is a world class diving destination. Three malts and five hops - from Britain, Germany and the US - make Scapa Special a classic pale ale.
