are a small, Marlow based winery, combining expert craftsmanship and exceptional value. They’re one of England’s most exciting estates, producing world class sparkling wines - which you can currently find on offer at your local Jeroboams.

A true pioneer, was the first producer of English sparkling wine to exclusively grow the three celebrated grape varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier – as well as spearhead cuvees such as Single Vineyard, Demi-Sec and England’s first Prestige Cuvee, the 1086 by Nyetimber.

All of the wines are named as a nod to the horseracing connections of owner Susannah Ricci. Nestled in Mereworth, Kent, Yotes Court was planted in 2016 to the classic sparkling varieties Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. But after adding Pinot Blanc and Bacchus, it has since made quite a splash with its stunning still wines.

Allow us to gently guide you into Spring with Alma de Cattleya Pinot Noir 🌸

The winemaker Bibiana Gonzalez Rave grew up in Columbia, trained in France, and now operates out of Sonoma County, California. Cattleya is named after the national flower of Bibiana’s native Columbia!

With a thirst-quenching blend of raspberry, cherry and wild strawberry aromas, this is a wine that shines by it’s acidity balanced with soft tannins. A particularly good wine to enjoy with your Spring lamb, though sipped in the sunshine works well too. ☀️
